Coating of Heritage ceramic fry pan didn't last 6 months

Bought an 8" Heritage grey ceramic fry pan about 6 months ago. I didn't keep the receipt, didn't expect the coating to start flaking off after less than 6 months of normal use. So I can't make an official complaint - but I can let everyone else know that I have to throw away a basically new, and moderately expensive fry pan. Chipping started on the rim, but has now extended into the flat bottom. I use plastic spatulas and I don't use metal forks or knives on it. Won't buy any of these again. Going back to my trusty cast iron pans!

THIS IS A NOTE TO SAY THAT I HAD JUST LOOKED AT A PERSONAL BLENDER, THE BAR CODE IS, 698582**** AND THE ITEM SAYS ON THE BOX THAT IT COMES WITH A MIXING CUP OF 828 ml, I SAID TO MYSELF THAT SOUNDS RATHER STRANGE, I LOOKED IN THE BOX AND IT WAS 750ml. WHERE LOOKING IN THE BOX WAS ALRIGHT SO I WOULD KNOW IF IT WAS CORRECT.

They sent a new part and I fixed the blender myself.

This is a review only of the communication system, not of the product.
When my blender stopped working I emailed the company asking about the warranty. They asked about what was wrong and asked for a picture and a receipt.

I sent the picture. I bought it online and the receipt was in my Target app. I called asking how to document the Target app receipt. First I have to go through a lot of email and all this.

Then when I did get through I had to leave a message and didn't get a call back in a timely manner.

Then I got another email saying they didn't get my picture which I had sent. This company needs to improve communication

Issue with blender

Starfrit - Issue with blender
It is impossible to engage the blender to work. needs force to lock in the unit to engage. I have 2 units (one in florida) and one in canada. the unit is excellent when engaged, but you need much more muscle force to engage than i am able.
